The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year adventure - amazing views, great fresh air, and a perfect base camp for winter hiking. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered half board along with the room - the food was good and the buffet style allowed us to try different options. the staff at reception and the moustache-cook were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The service at the restaurant was not up to par. The waiters were not helpful and some even borderline rude.

Located in a cold but beautiful mountain valley, this hotel is easily accessible from the cable car valley station down in the valley. the rooms may be basic, but they are adequate for a short stay and the indoor pool is a great feature. Breakfast is included and provides a variety of wholesome options. the sauna is very nice.
The food might not suit everyone's taste buds.

Great location for outdoor activities, breathtaking views, and plenty of opportunities to interact with nature. For Easter there were a lot of organized activities for kids and families, like Easter egg hunts and painting. the swimming pool was also a nice touch for relaxation after a long day.
The hotel was poorly managed.
